We inform you that the Extraordinary Subsidy for Domestic Employees, regulated by the SEPE Resolution of April 30, 2020, which develops the procedure for processing applications for the Extraordinary Subsidy for lack of activity for people integrated into the Special System for Domestic Employees of the General Social Security Scheme, BOE of May 4, 2020, establishes that:
The extraordinary subsidy must be requested by submitting the form available on the SEPE website and electronic headquarters , duly completed, accompanied by the declaration of responsibility signed by the employer(s), confirming that the data provided by the worker in the application regarding the employment relationship between them is true.
Submission of the application
ONLINE: Applications can be submitted online through the General Electronic Registry of the Spanish State Administration, provided you have an electronic ID card, electronic certificate, or Cl@ve PIN. You must also attach the required documentation. Soon, the application form will also be available online through the Electronic Office, with the same requirements (electronic ID card, electronic certificate, or Cl@ve PIN).
In person: You can download and print the application and submit it at any registry assistance office or post office, addressed to: Domestic Workers' Subsidy Unit, General Directorate of the State Public Employment Service, Calle Condesa de Venadito Nº9, 28027-Madrid. To download and print the application, you do NOT need an electronic ID card, electronic certificate, or Cl@ve.
