Breakfast Meeting. The responsibility of company directors.

In this new edition of the Breakfast Meeting, held on November 23, the responsibility of administrators for company debts, along with the risks and solutions that arise in each case.

At Àmbit we are very pleased with the outcome of this session, which was attended by professionals from the sector, and where experiences and knowledge on the subject were shared.

On this occasion, we had the privilege of listening to Mr. Andreu Pujol, a commercial lawyer and professional partner at Àmbir Assessor, who skillfully conveyed to the attendees the necessary responses to claims, both in and out of court.
The event, held in Barcelona from 9:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., provided new opportunities for networking and discussion among professionals, with an engaging program and dedicated time for debate and addressing questions.
