Àmbit expands its offices in Olesa de Montserrat

New, spacious and interconnected spaces to improve teamwork 

This summer at Àmbit assessor we have achieved a long-held aspiration: to redesign, expand and connect the workspaces we had in the Olesa office.

This investment stems from the need to improve the work environment and facilitate communication among the different members of the consulting firm's professional team. The firm's growth had led to the encroachment of adjacent premises, resulting in a compartmentalized office space that hindered communication and integration between the various departments.

Remodeling that space required halting much of the activity, so we were forced to carry out this work in August, when work is substantially reduced and people are enjoying their holidays.

It was very important to have a clear project in order to adjust the different industrialists to a tight schedule, and also to anticipate the inefficiencies that could arise from the execution in the month of August, so we applied our own recommendations in the business plans: "be clear about the objective, design a plan, provide it with resources and execute it establishing the appropriate monitoring, to correct deviations."

From these lines we wish to congratulate the project management and all the professionals who have been involved in its execution, they have met the established objectives, allowing full occupancy on the scheduled day.

We would also like to thank all our collaborators for their commitment to the project and their patience during this time. Despite the precariousness of the facilities, we have maintained our high standard of work.

We are completely confident that this initiative will immediately translate into an improvement in our business and a higher quality of customer service.
