Àmbit Jurídico i Económic, SLP is a professional limited liability company, registered as such with the Barcelona Bar Association and the Catalan Association of Economists. As its name indicates, its purpose is to provide professional services in the legal and economic fields.

Àmbit Jurídic i Econòmic is a long-standing project of Àmbit Assessor that has finally come to fruition, thanks to the unwavering commitment and solidarity of its two founding professional partners, Pau Riera Rey, an economist and actuary, and Martí Milán Romera, a lawyer specializing in labor law. Both have extensive experience in their respective fields, backed by numerous successful cases.

Àmbit expects to incorporate two or three new professional partners in the coming months, so that the company will be able to offer services in the areas of labor, commercial, tax and administrative law, which together with the services in the economic field, especially financing, management control and business plan, complete the basic needs of the Company.

Because Àmbit Jurídic i Económic aims to offer SMEs the full legal and financial infrastructure that large companies have in-housed, with a high level of specialization and commitment from its professionals. Because businesses, whether for new projects, restructuring, or simply for evaluation, shouldn't compromise on the best professional support. That's why Àmbit will provide you with a complete interdisciplinary team that will effectively meet your needs.

From this month, March 2015, that legal and economic activity, which until now was offered and billed Ambit Assessor, will continue to be offered by Àmbit, but will be billed by Àmbit Jurídic i Economic.
