This training day will address a new concern for business owners: the criminal liability of the company.

Since the last two reforms of the Penal Code (2010 and 2015), some of the crimes that until then could only be committed by individuals (fraud, asset stripping, forgery, money laundering, tax and social security offenses, among others) can now also be committed by companies.
