The financial liability of the administrator is, for obvious reasons, one of the matters that most concerns anyone who runs a company.
There are a number of situations in which, despite conducting business through a Limited Liability Company, the personal assets of the administrator, whether de facto or de jure, can be at risk. This is therefore a subject that any business owner needs to understand, regardless of their company's current situation. Knowing what to expect and how to avoid liability situations is crucial if we want to prevent future problems or having to act rashly in the face of instability or a business crisis.
In this information session, we will attempt to answer the following questions through practical examples:
In what cases can the administrator be held liable for the company's debts?
How can we avoid incurring liability?
What should we do in the event of a claim, whether in or out of court?
