New Breakfast Meeting, a space reserved for professionals.

This April 11th, a new edition of Breakfast Meeting took place at the Àmbit Assessor facilities in Olesa de Montserrat, starting at 9:30 a.m. with Victor Roselló as the speaker.

Roselló, a lawyer specializing in New Technologies Law, addressed the topic "GDPR. How to adapt to the recent changes in data protection regulations" due to the entry into force next month of the new General Data Protection Regulation.

The date of enforceability of this regulation is set for May 25, 2018, so if the transitional period established by the regulation for adaptation has not been used, it will be necessary to act urgently.

As a result of these modifications and new concepts, new questions arise: I already comply with the LOPD (Spanish Data Protection Law), what do I have to do? Should I review my privacy policies? Should I differentiate between users? How much time do I have? To address these questions with the utmost professionalism, Àmbit Assessor has organized this round table discussion, designed to be informal and provide an opportunity for dialogue and debate among the participants.
