Objective:
Favor the hiring of people in a situation where they are registered in the city of Barcelona and are included in some of the groups identified as having special difficulties in accessing a facility.
Beneficiaries:
Individual companies or in corporate form, and the entities that participate, as a minimum, with a work center in Barcelona or in any of the 36 municipalities of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona and that come to carry out the activity from a minimum of six months beyond the date of the first eligible contract. They have expanded the six templates with the incorporation of people in a permanent situation and residents of the city of Barcelona, including in some of the following col·lectius:
- Young people (under 30 years old)
- Gifts
- People over 45 years old
- People in a long-term situation
- People of col·lectius in risk of social exclusion
Quantia de la subsidió:
The maximum amount of the subsidy for each work contract will vary according to the type of work and working day, with adjustments from 2,000 euros to 8,000 euros depending on the following distribution:
- Young people (under 30 years old), gifts and older people over 45 years old: €5,000 per contract (at full time).
- Persons in long-term employment situation: €6,000 per contract (at full time).
- Social exclusion risk col·lectius persons: Full-time contracts: €8,000 per contract / Part-time contracts 75% to 99%: €6,000 per contract / Part-time contracts 50% to 74%: €4,000 per contract / Part-time contracts 20% to 49%: €2,000 per contract.
In order to have access to the corresponding import, it will be possible to prove the continuity of the employment relationship for a minimum of 6 months (180 days of contributions).
Some characteristics to keep in mind:
-Increase, in addition to the employment contract(s) for those for whom the subsidy is requested, the number of employed persons compared to the period of 12 months prior to the first eligible contract, three of the llocs that have left vacancies for the resignation of the employed person, the disability, age retirement, reduction voluntary work time or for disciplinary accompaniment, situations that must be clearly accredited by the City Council's requirement for adequate business documents.
-The maximum number of contracts to be subsidized by a single company within the framework of this Program will be 10 and will not be able to exceed the number of existing employees in the period prior to the first contract attached to the subsidy.
-Subscribe and formalize a labor contract, as of January 1, 2023, in a current format that must be:
- Contract indefinitely with full terms in the case of contracting young people (under 30 years old), gifts and people over 45 years old.
- Indefinite contract that contemplates an employment relationship of minimum duration of not less than 6 months, the full term, in the case of contracts between people in a long-term situation.
- Indefinite contract that contemplates an employment relationship of minimum duration of not less than 6 months, full or partial, in the case of contracting people who have been accredited as belonging to one of the collectives identified with risk of social exclusion.
