Objective
The objective of the two subsidy lines is to partially compensate the salary costs of the salaried workers, of the work centre/s located in Catalonia, during a term of six months, and the beneficiary company is committed to during the term in the term it is carrying out an action that facilitates the transition of the new productive activity cap a l'economia verda o digital.
Beneficiaries
Microenterprises and self-employed workers who vary between one and five salaried workers at the time of applying for the adjustment.
Cooperatives and labor societies that limit five member workers at the time of requesting the adjustment.
In the case of cooperatives, they have to opt for the modality of assimilating workers per compte de altri, for the purposes of Social Security.
Requirements
That the annual turnover of the current year available did not remain higher than 2 million euros.
Have access to a work center located in Catalonia.
There will be no beneficiary status of this ajut or similar, as specified in the corresponding call.
The start date of the activity must be before or equal to December 1, 2020.
Eligible actions
The initiatives are specified in:
- Line 1: Actions for the maintenance of employment for a minimum period of six months of the workers for other contracts by micro-enterprises and self-employed people, together with the partners of collective entrepreneurship companies, and implementation of an action to facilitate the transition productive of the seva activitat cap a l'economia verda.
- Line 2: Actions for the maintenance of employment for a minimum period of six months of the workers for other contracts by micro-enterprises and self-employed people, together with the partners of collective entrepreneurship companies, and implementation of an action to facilitate the transition productive of the seva activitat cap a l'economia digital.
The beneficiary natural or legal person will undertake, for the duration, a training action that contributes to the transition from economic activity to a green economy or digital transformation, and will consist of participation in publicly funded training actions, subsidized or programmed training by companies or private training for a period of time. minimum of 10 hours.
These actions will last for a period of up to six months to include the notification of the resolution of the award of the adjustment.
Quantia de la subsidió
The maximum amount of this subsidy is €5,000.00 per beneficiary company.
Concession procedure
The procedure for granting subsidies is competitive competition (per score).
