Subsidies for GENCAT contracting

> Adjustments to companies for the temporary or indefinite hiring of young people for a full-time period.

Whose companies are you targeting?
-The private physical or legal persons (AUTÒNOMS I PIMES) and the communities of benefits with the capacity to subscribe, with companies, a work contract, legally constituted and with an operational establishment in Catalonia.
-To the associative labor cooperatives.

Requirements of the participants:
Young people over 16 years old and under 30 years old who are registered with the SOC as a DONO and who are qualified to formalize a work contract at the time of signing.

Characteristics of the contract and its adjustments
Contracts have a minimum duration of 12 months and complete terms.
The number of eligible contracts per person or beneficiary entity per this call may not be greater than 5 nor exceed 50% of the beneficiary entity's staff, except when it is drawn up by a natural or legal person who serves 1 contracted person. In this case, the number of eligible contracts will be, at most, 1.

Terms
PENDENT TO OBRIR: Applications may be submitted after the publication of the Resolution to the DOGC until March 31, 2022.

The contracts that may be subject to subsidy are expected to follow contracts signed within 1 MONTH after the entry into force of the Order and ending on 02/28/2022.

– Adjutant to companies to hire young people with qualifications for internships for

– Training and apprenticeship contracts for young people.

– Adjustments to companies to hire young people preferably without professional qualifications. (Pendent d'obrir)
