Subvenció per fomentar la contractació indefinida d’un treballador per part d’autònoms sense treballadors a càrrec.
Beneficiaries and recipients of the contracts
Els beneficiaris serán els treballadors autònoms sense assalariats a càrrec, o les societats limitades unipersonals (SLU), quan la persona física que les constitueixi desenvolupi la seva activitat a la societat, sense assalariats a càrrec.
The workers and self-employed workers may be beneficiaries of these adjustments, provided that the new indefinite contract is not formalized by either of these workers or self-employed workers or collaborators.
En cap cas poden obtenir la condició de persona beneficiària de la present subvenció:
- The autonomous economically dependent workers (TRADE).
- The self-employed workers are collaborators.
- Els treballadors autònoms que formin part d’una societat civil privada (SCP) o d’altres tipus de societats, excepte les societats unipersonals.
- The self-employed workers who remain members of cooperatives.
Les persones destinatàries dels contractes de treball subvencionats són les persones en situació d’atur, inscrites com a demandants d’ocupació no ocupades (DONO) en el Servei Públic d’Ocupació de Catalunya, i que no tinguin vinculació familiar fins al segon grau de consanguinitat o afinitat amb la persona treballadora autònoma que sol·licita l’ajut.
All requirements and conditions must be able to prove the business day immediately prior to the start of the contract.
Training performance
All persons contracted by the self-employed beneficiaries of this subsidy must participate, within the eligible period of action, in at least one of the free training courses offered in the format catalog of the Consortium for Continuous Training of Catalonia, still in online format (on-line). or in person.
Characteristics of the subsidy
-Indefinite employment contract with a person in a temporary situation registered as a non-occupied applicant for employment (DONO) for a minimum temporary period of 18 months.
-Les persones beneficiàries han de sol·licitar la subvenció abans de subscriure el contracte i han de formalitzar el contracte o els contractes de treball indefinits en un termini màxim de 2 mesos a comptar des del día següent al de la publicació de la resolució d’atorgament.
-El període de contractació subvencionat per a aquests ajuts és de 12 mesos, a comptar des de l’inici de la formalització del contracte. Les persones beneficiàries han de mantenir aquesta contractació durant un período mínim temporal de 18 mesos, que inclou com a mínim 6 mesos de contractació indefinida no subvencionats.
-In cases where a part-time work contract is formalized, it cannot be less than 50% of the work day.
-Discontinuous labor contracts will not be the object of this subsidy.
Specific requirements
- In the case that the self-employed worker is a natural person, he or she will be registered in the special regime for self-employed workers (RETA), or in a mutual society with an alternative system to the RETA, for a period of at least one year uninterruptedly prior to the date of submission of the application.
- In the case of sole proprietorships, it must be registered in the Commercial Registry at the time of applying for the tender, for a period of at least one year uninterruptedly prior to the date of submission of the application.
- Not have persons contracted to your career at the time of submitting the application or during the previous six months.
- Have tax domicile in Catalonia. This requirement must be maintained throughout the eligible period.
Eligible imports
La quantia del mòdul econòmic es fixarà en la resolució de convocatòria i incorporarà el cost salarial (SMI) i el cost dels complements salarials, inclosa la quota patronal durant un any.
