Objective
Final subsidies of 18,325.92 euros for each self-employed person or sole proprietorship limited company (SLU) without employees having to formalize an indefinite contract with a worker in a current situation registered with a non-occupied applicant (DONO) for a minimum period of 18 mesos.
Beneficiaries and recipients of the contracts
The beneficiaries will be the self-employed workers without salaried employees, or the sole proprietorship limited companies (SLU), when the natural person who constitutes them carries out the activities of the company, without salaried employees.
The workers and self-employed workers may be beneficiaries of these adjustments, provided that the new indefinite contract is not formalized by either of these workers or self-employed workers or collaborators.
In this case, the following can obtain the status of beneficiary of this subsidy:
- The autonomous economically dependent workers (TRADE).
- The self-employed workers are collaborators.
- Self-employed workers who form part of a private civil company (SCP) or other types of companies, except sole proprietorships.
- The self-employed workers who remain members of cooperatives.
The recipients of the subsidized work contracts are the people in a vacant situation, registered as non-occupied occupation claimants (DONO) in the Servei Públic d'Ocupació de Catalunya, (https://serveiseguracio.gencat.cat/ca/tramits/tramits-persones/inscriu-te- com-a-demandant-dcuacio/) and that there is no family connection to the degree of consanguinity or affinity with the self-employed person who requests the adjustment.
All requirements and conditions must be able to prove the business day immediately prior to the start of the contract.
Training performance
All persons contracted by the self-employed beneficiaries of this subsidy must participate, within the eligible period of action, in at least one of the free training courses offered in the format catalog of the Consortium for Continuous Training of Catalonia, still in online format (on-line). or in person.
Characteristics of the subsidy
-Indefinite employment contract with a person in a temporary situation registered as a non-occupied applicant for employment (DONO) for a minimum temporary period of 18 months.
-The beneficiary persons must apply for the subsidy to subscribe the contract and must formalize the contract or the indefinite work contracts within a maximum term of 2 months to be shared from the day following the publication of the award resolution.
-The contract period subsidized for these adjustments is 12 months, to be shared from the beginning of the formalization of the contract. Beneficiaries must maintain this contract for a minimum temporary period of 18 months, which includes a minimum of 6 months of indefinite contract without subsidies.
-In cases where a part-time work contract is formalized, it cannot be less than 50% of the work day.
-Self-employed workers can specifically request the adjustment for more than one eligible contract, up to a maximum of three.
-Discontinuous labor contracts will not be the object of this subsidy.
Specific requirements
- In the case that the self-employed worker is a natural person, he or she will be registered in the special regime for self-employed workers (RETA), or in a mutual society with an alternative system to the RETA, for a period of at least one year uninterruptedly prior to the date of submission of the application.
- In the case of sole proprietorships, it must be registered in the Commercial Registry at the time of applying for the tender, for a period of at least one year uninterruptedly prior to the date of submission of the application.
- Not have persons contracted to your career at the time of submitting the application or during the previous six months.
- Have tax domicile in Catalonia. This requirement must be maintained throughout the eligible period.
Replacement of contracted persons
In the event that a contracted person continues to leave for the reasons specified in base 7.1.2 of Annex 1 of Order EMT/220/2022, of October 5, he or she may be replaced, as long as the conditions of the contract do not allow the remaining duration of the contract to remain less than six months. The new work contract must be formalized within the remaining time of the subsidy, and the sum of both contracts cannot exceed, in most cases, the initial eligible term.
Concession procedure: This is the competitive concurrence procedure (per score).
Eligible imports
The amount of the economic module is set in a final subsidy of 18,325.92 euros , incorporating the salary cost (SMI) and the cost of salary supplements, including the employer's quota for a year.
In the event that a partial work contract is formalized, which may not be less than 50% of the working day, the amount of the module will be adjusted proportionally depending on the working day established.
