Objective
Subsidies to companies for the temporary or indefinite hiring of young people over 30 years of age for a full-time period.
Beneficiary companies and recipients of contracts
The entities benefiting from the subsidies provided by this Subsidy are:
- Private physical or legal persons, and the benefit communities, with the capacity to subscribe, with companies, a work contract.
- The entities have a desire for profit, together with the associations and foundations; subscriure, com empresàries, un contracte de treball.

-Collection agencies, insertion companies or temporary employment companies cannot be beneficiaries.
The recipients of subsidized work contracts
- Persons unemployed for 45 years or more.
- Unemployed persons for 30 years or more, if they are gifts or long-term unemployed persons.
It is understood that the person seeking employment, in a situation of unemployment or not, must register with the Social Security for a minimum of 12 months, whether continuous or not, during the last 18 months prior to the employment contract object of the application.
All requirements and conditions must be able to prove the business day immediately prior to the start of the contract.
Characteristics
In this call, permanent contracts and temporary contracts with a minimum duration of 12 months are eligible for subsidies.
In the case of contracts for specific work and service, the sol·licitant must provide a responsible declaration indicating that the expected duration of the work and service is a minimum of 12 months.
Relay contracts, interim contracts in all six modes, training and apprenticeship contracts and internship contracts are not eligible for subsidy.
A maximum number of 5 eligible contracts is established per sole bidder and substitutions are not foreseen in the case of premature births of the contracted persons.
The recipients cannot have been contracted by the sole person or entity sol·licitant in the 12 months prior to the contract for which the subsidy is requested.
The contracts must be concluded at full time and have the work center located in Catalonia. These conditions cannot be altered during the eligible period.
Eligible imports
The amount of the monthly economic module is 1,473.71 euros. Therefore, the subsidy is 17,684.52 euros for a contract of 12 months to complete.
Terminis
It starts on June 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on May 31, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.
